HEAD OF IMPACT

Rhodwell joined One To One Africa in April 2023 as Impact Lead  and is currently Head of Impact. He brings with him extensive experience in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. His career began in Zimbabwe’s Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, where he worked as a Social Statistician and was part of the team that analysed the country’s first post-independence population census. He later moved into the private sector as a Research Executive before transitioning to the international NGO sector. Over the years, Rhodwell served as a Research Manager, M&E Manager, Senior M&E Advisor, and Strategic Information Director on programmes funded by USAID (PEPFAR), CDC (PEPFAR), DANIDA, Irish Aid, and Save the Children (UK).

He  gained regional experience supporting programmes in Angola, Mozambique, South Africa, Swaziland, and Zimbabwe. His multicultural journey includes studying Social Sciences in West Africa, earning a postgraduate qualification in Demography in Cairo, and completing another in Project and Financial Management in Denmark. He has also pursued further postgraduate training with the University of Washington in Conducting Research Responsibly in Global Health, Global Health Project Management, and Monitoring and Evaluation in Global Health.
